APPLE—有色金属

a.交付时多余或者少于所指定的百分之三之内的数量是可以允许的。

b.一吨将被理解为2000磅，除非另作说明。

c.如果合同中所写明货物的任何一部分在此份合同指定的时间内未从船上卸下或者交付，那么这些部分可以按照买方意愿取消，并且买方有权认为由卖方对此所产生的损失负责。如果因为被禁止进入港口和/或其他不可抗的状况导致的交付或者船运不能按时完成，合同将继续保持有效直到禁令取消后尽快完成，任何情况下，上述合同的条件将不由不可抗力状况的产生而发生改变。

d.如果合同内所写明的任何一个阶段买方不能履行其责任而未及时开出信用证的，不能提供在合同内确切说明的适当运输和/或装船的责任时，那么这些部分可以按照卖方意愿取消并且卖方有权认为由买方对此所产生的损失负责。如果因为被禁止进入港口和/或其他不可抗的状况导致的交付或者船运不能按时完成，合同将继续保持有效直到禁令取消后尽快完成，任何情况下，上述合同的条件将不由不可抗力状况的产生而发生改变。

e.如果“典型”重量或者质量与合同写明的存在明显差异，买方应该迅速通知卖方，如必要的话，可以决定另一重量或者质量。卖方和/或买方应该指定一名独立检查员或者证实重量和/或质量的一名代表。在这个部分中，“典型”的单词的意思是指应该由买方与卖方之间协商决定，这取决于商品和它们的价值。

f.如果通过相互确定认为货物没有与在合同里所指定的描述相符，可以拒绝收货或降价收货。被拒货物的退回或替换，或降价多少将由买方与卖方之间进行共同协商，运费由卖方负责。卖方对买方的期望是尽力把被拒绝的部分限制在不可分类的部分，买方在接到卖方的把拒绝的部分退回的要求后要迅速照办，如果跟政府的规定没冲突的话。

BARLEY–#1号铜（光亮铜）

此铜线应由未经包裹，为纯粹裸露的纯铜线。为不小于B&S标准型号16号金属线。

BERRY–#1号铜线

此铜线要求是干净、未镀锡的、纯粹的、未经包裹的铜线及钢索。要大于B&S标准型号16号金属线，是免烧易碎的金属线。

BIRCH–#2号铜

此铜线要求是混合性质的铜线，且名义上含铜量按电解化验物要求为96%（至少为94%）。应该避免以下情况。过度的铅、镀锡的、焊接铜；黄铜线和青铜线；含有过量的油、铁制的、非金属的；烧制的铜线、包含绝缘体；发线；易碎的烧制铜线；能适度的防灰。

CANDY–#1号重铜

此铜线要求是干净的，未经包裹的纯粹铜片、铜屑、汽车门闩、换向器切片，且铜线的厚度不少于1/16英寸，免烧易碎的铜线；可能含有干净的铜管。

CLIFF–#2号铜

此铜线要求是混合性质的碎铜片，且名义上含铜量按电解化验物要求为96%（至少为94%）。应该避免以下情况。过度的铅、镀锡的、焊接铜；黄铜片和青铜片；含有过量的油、铁制的、非金属的；铜管含有除铜之外的东西或含有沉淀物，烧制的铜线、包含绝缘体；发线；易碎的烧制铜线；能适度的防灰。

CLOVE–#1号铜线结

此铜线要求是一号未经包裹的纯粹铜线片及铜线结。铜线为碎片，未镀锡、铅、锌、铝、钢，其他金属杂质，绝缘体，及其他不相关的杂质。含铜量至少为99%，标准小于B&S型号16。

COBRA–#2号铜线结

由以下部分组成，2个非合金的铜线废料结，破碎或者切片，至少97%的铜含量。金属杂质最多不超过0.50%的铝和1%的各种其它金属或者绝缘体。

COCOA–铜线结

由非合金的铜线废料结组成，破碎或者切片，最小有99%的铜含量，没有过多的其他成分。

其他非金属，最大金属杂质如下：

铝—0.05%

锡—0.25%

镍—0.05%

锑—0.01%

铁—0.05%

水利金属是买家与卖家达成协议的关键。

DREAM—轻铜

由各种各样，非合金铜废料所组成的铜含量为92%的铜(最小88%)，当以电解分析确定时，可以由铜板，水槽，水落管，水壶，锅炉和类似的废料组成。应该除去以下内容：烧伤发线；铜皮；电镀层；摩擦；燃烧铜线，包含绝缘的铜线；暖气装置，灭火器；冰箱；电版壳；筛选过多的铅，锡，焊接废料，铜器和青铜制品；过多的油，铁和非金属；可以有正常的灰。

DRINK–精炼黄铜

包含至少61.3%的铜和最大的5%的铁并且由黄铜和青铜组成，使其成为合金并且污染的铜废料。不包括绝缘线，铜氯化合物，电版壳和非金属。

DROVE—铜轴承废料

由各种各样铜废料组成，包括铜氯化合物，灰，含铁黄铜和铜，残渣和矿渣。不包括绝缘线；铜氯化物；无准备的缠结的材料；大的电动机；火花材料；石棉刹车；炉膛底部；含铅量过高的材料；石墨坩埚；并且有害物和爆炸材料。

DRIUD—绝缘铜线废料

由不同类型绝缘铜线组成。被作为样品出售，以在买方与卖方之间的协商作为条件。

EBONY—合成物/红黄铜

由红黄铜废料，阀门，机器轴承和其他机器部分组成，包括各种各样铸件如铜，锡，锌，和铅。应该不包括半红黄铜铸件(78%到81%的铜)；铁路客车箱子和其他相似的含铅量高的合金；水龙头；关闭水量计；门；罐片；锭和燃烧的黄铜；铝，硅和锰青铜制品；铁和非金属。任何一片尺寸不能超过12″或者重量超过100磅。

ENERV—红黄铜合成物

由红黄铜合成材料组成并且能出售，以样品或者分析为准。

ELDER—线纹巴式合金黄铜轴承

由红黄铜轴承组成并且包括汽车轴承和其它机器，包含不少于12%的高锡含量巴式合金，并且不包括铁制轴承。

ELAND—高等级铅青铜固件

建议此类材料经过分析以后再进行出售。

ELIAS—高铅含量青铜固件和钻

建议此类材料经过分析以后再进行出售。

ENGEL—机械或者硬黄铜固件

应该包含不少于75%的铜含量，不少于6%的锡含量，和不少于6%的铅含量–同样不超过11%，所有杂质，除却锌，锑和不超过0.75%的镍；锑含量不超过0.50%。

ERIN—机械或者黄铜钻

应该包含不少于75%的铜含量，不少于6%的锡含量，和不少于6%的铅含量-同样不超过11%，所有杂质，除却锌，锑和不超过0.75%的镍；锑含量不超过0.50%。

GRAPE—开关和水龙头

由混合干净红黄铜组成，包括铬或者镀镍，不包括煤气开关，啤酒龙头和铝以及锌基础铸模材料，另外还包含一个半红35%的最小量。

HONEY—黄杂铜废料

由黄铜铸件组成，黄铜，黄铜杆，管子和各种各样的黄铜容器，包括镀黄铜。切不可包含锰青铜，铝青铜，暖气装置或者暖气装置部分，铁以及过分脏和腐蚀的材料。

IVORY—黄杂铜铸件

在坩埚中由黄铜铸件组成，任何一片不能超过12英寸；并且不可包含黄铜锻炉，硅青铜，铝青铜和锰青铜，且不超过包含15%镀镍材料。

LABEL—全新黄杂铜碎片

应由自不含铅的黄杂铜板或铜片上切下的部分组成，干净并且没有外国物质且不包含超过10%的低于?干净黄铜穿孔。不包括芒茨金属和海军黄铜。

LACE—黄铜壳容器

不含任何其它杂质由退火的70/30黄铜壳箱组成。

LADY—黄铜壳容器

由干净的退火70/30的黄铜壳容器组成，没有包含其他杂质。

LAKE—黄铜轻武器和步枪外壳，干净退火

由干净退火70/30的黄铜框架组成，不包括子弹，铁和任何其他杂质。

LAMB—黄铜轻武器和步枪外壳，干净包裹

由干净包裹的70/30的黄铜壳组成，不包括子弹，铁和任何其他杂质。

LARK—黄铜管

由干净的黄铜管组成，退火或未退火。不包括铁，过度的灰尘，腐蚀和任何其他杂质。

MAIZE—混合新镍银碎片

由一种或者更多镍银合金组成，不包括铬或者任何其他电镀材料。铅化镍银碎片应当被包装并且分开出售。

MAJOR—新镍银碎片和固件

由干净新镍银碎片，板，杆和其他卷状组成，不包括铬或者任何其他电镀材料。必须按照指定镍含量的10%-12%-15%-18%-%20那样出售。铅化镍银碎片应当被包装并且分开0出售。至于它的特性描述应该由提供全部镍银材料方提出。

MALAR—新分类镍银碎片

由一种指定的镍银合金组成。

MALIC—旧镍银

由旧银镍板，管，杆，管，电线，屏幕组成，焊接或者拆焊。没有任何异物，铁材料和其他金属装边。

MELON—黄铜管

由黄铜管组成没有电镀。干净的黄铜管应不包含沉淀物和冷凝管。

NAGGY—镍银铸件

应当打包并分别出售。

NIECE—镍银车削件

必须看样，经分析后出售。

NIGHT—黄铜杆车削件

严格由杆车削件组成，不包括铝，锰，托宾和芒茨金属车削件；不包含多于3%的铁，油或者其他水分；不包括巴比特合金；包含不超过0.30%的锡和不超过0.15%的合金铁。

NOBLE—新黄杂铜杆

由新的干净杆组成，不包含超过0.30%的锡和超过0.15%的合金铁，不包括芒茨金属和海军黄铜或者任何其他合金。呈碎片状，尺寸不大于12″并且没有杂质。

NOMAD—黄铜车削件

黄的黄铜车削件组成，不包含铝，锰成分的车削件，不包含多于3%的铁，油或者其他水分；不包含巴比特合金。被出售时需提供样品或经分析。

OCEAN—混合汽车水箱

由混合汽车水箱组成，不包括铝水箱和含铁水箱。总吨数说明应该包括水箱的总重量，除非另作说明。

PALES—黄铜冷凝器管

由被镀或未被镀的干净冷凝器管组成，不包含镍合金，铝合金，和其他腐蚀材料。

PALLU—铝黄铜冷凝器管

由被镀或未被镀的干净冷凝器管组成，不包含镍合金，和其他腐蚀材料。

PALMS—芒茨合金管

由被镀或未被镀的干净芒茨金属管组成，没有镍合金，铝合金，和其他腐蚀材料。

PARCH—锰青铜固件

应有不少于55%的铜含量，不超过1%的铅含量，并且不包括铝青铜和硅青铜。

RACKS—废铅—软

由干净软废铅组成，不包括其他材料象废渣，电池板，铅皮电缆，硬铅，可折叠管，铅箔，铝，锌，铁和黄铜装置，污染的化学制品导线和放射性物质等。

RADIO—混合硬/软废铅

由干净铅固件组成，不包括其他材料，例如废渣，电池板，铅皮电缆，硬铅，可折叠管，铅箔，铝，锌，铁和黄铜装置，污染的化学制品导线和放射性物质等。

RAILS—铅电池板

无论汽车，工业还是其他混合类别，可能被包括的唯一金属就是铅质连接器。不包括非金属，例如，塑料或者橡胶，除了分离器还可能被包括在内。材料是干燥的。可以通过分析以后购买或者统一价格购买。

RAINS—干燥废料/干燥完整铅

锡块必须包含至少98%的锡，并且不能包括任何液体，焊接，黄铜连接，白蜡，泵，罐片，以及灰尘。

RAVES—高锡含量巴式合金

包含至少78%的铅并且不包含黄铜或者含锌金属。

RELAY—包铅铜线缆

不包括有壳线缆和其他杂质。

RENTS—铅渣

应该干净，没有其他成分例如铁，灰尘，有害的化学制品或者其他金属物质并且没有放射性物质，铝和锌。或者以买方与卖方之间基于分析后的协议为准来交易。其他所包含金属例如锑，锡，等等，由买方与卖方之间按约定解释。检阅程序包规格说明和规章应在销售装运前提交购买者。

RINK—完整湿铅电池废料

由SLI组成(启动，点燃和点火)，汽车，卡车，8-D，高尔夫球车和船用电池。不可包含塑料或者橡胶。无铅材料(即，镍镉蓄电池等等)将不能被接受。其他类型如飞机凝胶(铝)，割草机，等等，检阅程序包规格说明和规章应在销售装运前提交购买者。

RONO—完整工业铅废料

由附以一些塑料的铅板组成。部分，断裂或者破碎的电池。检阅程序包规格说明和规章应在销售装运前提交购买者。

ROPER—完整工业铅电池

由公共汽车，柴油机，机车，电话，船用电池和其他电池组成。检阅程序包规格说明和规章应在销售装运前提交购买者。

ROPES—轮子

由不含铁的铅制轮胎组成。不包括铅废料，接线片或板并且没有杂质。检阅程序包规格说明和规章应在销售装运前提交购买者。

ROSES—混合常规巴式合金

由包含不少于8%锡含量的金属组成，不包括艾伦金属，装饰物和含锑的金属。合金内一定不能包括锌和过高的铜含量。

SAVES—旧锌铸模废料

由各种各样旧锌铸件组成，含有或没有铁和其他杂质。不包含污垢，废渣，块，融化片和杂质，灰尘，易挥发物质(例如橡胶，软木，塑料，油脂，等等)。包含的材料如果含有超过30%的铁可能将对交易产生影响。

SCABS—新锌铸模废料

由全新，干净或者未使用的锌铸件组成。铸件必须未上漆，并且不受腐蚀影响

SCOPE—新镀锌铸模废料

由全新，干净或者未使用的锌铸件组成。不受腐蚀的影响。

SCOOT—锌铸模汽车格栅

由干净，旧的或者使用过的锌铸模汽车格栅组成，不包括焊接材料。

SCORE—旧锌废料

由干净的干燥锌废料组成，例如锌板，罐子盖子，干净非合金铸件和抗腐蚀盘。不包括钻和车削件。材料不可被过分腐蚀或者氧化，不能包括额外的杂质。

SCREEN—新破碎锌

由未被腐蚀的新纯锌皮组成。不包含杂质或者附件。打印机锌，例如雕锌板，平版印刷板和名片印刷机板须经特别的协议决定。

SCULL—新铸模厚板

由熔炼的锌基铸模材料组成，在光滑的干净的固体厚板里。不包括废渣并且包含最小的90%的锌含量。包含不超过1%的铅和最多0.1%的镍。

SCRIBE—干净分类碎铸模废料，来自汽车

干净，不包含灰尘，油，玻璃，橡胶和其他垃圾。包含最多5%的未熔炼物质(例如铁，铜，铝和其他金属)。

SCROLL—未分类锌压模废料

来源于汽车碎片。材料包含大约55%的轴承锌废料。其他有色金属(例如铝，不锈钢，红金属，等等)大约40%。绝缘铜线大约1%。废料，灰尘，玻璃，橡胶，油，铁，不超过5%。其他将在买方和卖方之间协商决定。

SCRUB—热浸渍电镀厚锌板碎屑

由热浸渍电镀92%的锌组成，断片直径小于2″，重量每个不超过100磅。如有更重的碎屑，将由买方和卖方之间自行协商。

SEAL—相连的电镀厚锌板顶部碎屑

TABLET—干净铝印刷板

由合金1100和/或3003组成，无涂层，未上漆，不包含纸，塑料，墨水和任何其他污染物。任何方向测量至少3英寸。

TABLOID—新的，干净铝印刷板

由合金1100和/或3003组成，无涂层，未上漆，不包含纸，塑料，墨水和任何其他污染物。任何方向测量至少3英寸。

TABOO—混合铜铝碎料和固件

由干净旧合金铝，铜及更多合金组成，不包含7000系列合金，铝箔，铸件，食品或者饮料集装箱，水箱壳，飞机板箔，油罐，瓶盖，塑料，灰尘和其他异物以及不超过1%的油脂。有任何变动将由买方和卖方之间协商决定。

TAINT/TABOR—干净混合旧铝合金板

由两种或两种以上干净的旧铝合金板材废料组成，不包含7000系列合金，铝箔，铸件，食品或者饮料集装箱，水箱壳，飞机板箔，油罐，瓶盖，塑料，灰尘和其他异物以及不超过1%的油脂。

TAKE—新铝罐

由干净的新的铝罐组成，并且不包含铁，灰尘，液体以及其他杂质，不超过1%的油脂。

TALAP—旧铝罐

由干净的旧的铝罐组成，并且不包含铁，灰尘，液体以及其他杂质。

TALCRED—切碎铝制易拉罐废料(UBC)

TALL—E.C.铝结

由干净的E.C.铝组成，不包含铁，绝缘部分，铜和其他杂质，必须包含99.45%的铝含量。

TALON—新纯铝线缆

由干净铝组成，不包含铁，绝缘部分和任何其他异物的非合金铝电线。

TANN—新混合铝线缆

由新铝组成，干净的非合金铝电线或者线缆，不包含铁，绝缘部分和任何其他异物。

TASTE—旧纯铝线缆

不包含氧化物或者灰尘，非合金铝电线和电报的电线以及铁，绝缘部分和任何其他异物。

TASSEL—旧混合铝线缆

由非合金铝电线和线缆组成，不包含氧化物或者灰尘，铁，绝缘部分和任何其他异物。

TARRY—铝活塞

(a)铝活塞由干净活塞铝组成,，不包含铁或者任何其他杂质，油和油脂的含量不超过2%。

(b)铝活塞不包含任何其他杂质，为一个干净的整个铝活塞，油和油脂不超过2%。

(c)铝活塞应该被在用以回收的基础上出售，或者与买主进行其他特殊安排。

TEENS—分离铝钻和车削件

由耐腐蚀铝或更多合金组成，不包含灰尘，铁，油，水分和任何其他杂质。材料可以包含超10%的铁和/或易燃的化合物，不包含镁或者不锈钢。避免高含量的锌，锡和镁的含量将在协商的基础上出售。

TELIC—混合铝钻和车削件

应该通过与买方协商的后出售。

Throb—焊接铝

TOOTH—分离全新铝合金碎料及固件

WAFER—镁碎片

由干净镁碎片组成，不包含铜，铝，和锌以及过度的油和其他杂质。

WALNUT—镁废料
