苹果向用户发表道歉信，鼓励使用第三方地图

苹果iOS6系统遭受用户抱怨最多的一个应用非自带的苹果地图莫属。昨天苹果公司CEO蒂姆.库克（TimCook）公开发表道歉信，承认没有为客户提供最佳的用户体验，对此深表歉意，并且建议用户在AppStore下载其他例如Bing地图、MapQuest和Waze等应用（国内则是推荐高德、百度和搜狗地图），甚至放出教程告知用户如何在主界面建立谷歌地图和诺基亚地图的Web应用。

WelaunchedMapsinitiallywiththefirstversionofiOS.Astimeprogressed,wewantedtoprovideourcustomerswithevenbetterMapsincludingfeaturessuchasturn-by-turndirections,voiceintegration,Flyoverandvector-basedmaps.Inordertodothis,wehadtocreateanewversionofMapsfromthegroundup.

Therearealreadymorethan100millioniOSdevicesusingthenewAppleMaps,withmoreandmorejoininguseveryday.Injustoveraweek,iOSuserswiththenewMapshavealreadysearchedfornearlyhalfabillionlocations.ThemoreourcustomersuseourMapsthebetteritwillgetandwegreatlyappreciateallofthefeedbackwehavereceivedfromyou.

Whilewe’reimprovingMaps,youcantryalternativesbydownloadingmapappsfromtheAppStorelikeBing,MapQuestandWaze,oruseGoogleorNokiamapsbygoingtotheirwebsitesandcreatinganicononyourhomescreentotheirwebapp.
